I spend time and take photographs of your home, indicating their real value. My photographs are well composed, properly lit and realistic. All the photographs delivered to you will be thoughtfully retouched in Photoshop Lightroom.
There are no blurry or HDR photographs.
In the last 6 months, I have photographed over 45 houses and apartments in Seattle. I charge around $150 per assignment (depending on your house or apartment size).
I will provide high-resolution images to you, which can be used for large-format printing as well as on websites.
For a small additional fee, I can provide consultancy on minute changes which will enhance the look of your apartment, thus leading to an increase in real estate value.
