My name is Paul Nguyen, a Seattle-based landscape hobbyist turned real estate photographer. As a real estate investor & homeowner, I also understand the hurdles it takes to stand out in this competitive market. I derive genuine joy from my artistic pursuit and thus commit to breathing life into the photos I deliver and elevating every structure and physical space I capture. With 6+ years of photography experience both at home here in Seattle and internationally, I am equipped to adapt to various light environments and create images that not only highlight the beauty of your property but also evoke an emotional connection with the audience & your potential buyers/renters. I have been featured in various travel magazines and sites, including Visit Seattle, Travel Portland, PNWonderland, Hawaii News Now, Tourism Victoria, the official Nikon Outdoors, and many others. I have completed over 56 MLS and rental/Airbnb photoshoots in Seattle and the greater Seattle area. ►What You Can Expect •All photos are edited in Lightroom and turned around within 48 hours of the shoot. No presets applied - every image will be carefully adjusted with respect to the integrity of its unique characteristics and lighting. •All photos are in High Dynamic Range (HDR). No caps on the number of shots delivered. Virtual staging can be arranged for an additional fee (due to software licenses). •All photoshoots come with complimentary aerial shots. Yes, that's correct - NO additional costs for drone shots. •Clear communication, logistics, and delivery. I curate every photoshoot with research on best day/time for natural lighting, staging recommendations, and angles/vantage points for each room. I actively partner with various real estate agents and proactively stay informed of current trends and local laws for all things real estate. •I provide all necessary camera equipment & props (e.g. plants, decor, teddy bears, etc.) upon request. All you need to do is let me know where & when. It truly is/should be that simple!
