Everything about Paul's service was outstanding. I used him for roof and gutting cleaning and skylight and window washington. He responded quickly to inquiries, submitted the most fair quote, showed up on schedule, and did exactly what was promised - and some. Plus he was a good guy to deal with. I've already referred him, and will use again.

The moss was so green and abundant this year that my roof was beginning to looked like the inside of an Easter basket. Deciding that the job would take a professional, I contacted different companies asking for a quote. Paul from Gilland Window & GutterCleaning responded almost immediately. He asked for my address so he could take a look at the roof and came back with a very reasonable price the same day. He explained the process thoroughly, the moss would be scrubbed off the roof by hand as much as possible to avoid damaging the shingles and then the remaining roots would be treated by zinc sulfate. I gave him the go ahead and the work was done the very next day. I came home from work to a roof back to it's original color, with some white powder residue. The residue washed away with the next rain and the roof looks great! Paul contacted me the next day to ensure that I was satisfied, which I was. I'm very pleased with the responsiveness, efficiency, professionalism and value offered by Gilland Window & GutterCleaning and would recommend them to friends.

Gilland Windows was amazing! They responded immediately, arrived early, worked promptly and efficiently (and safely!) and were professional. The windows, inside and out, look perfect. And the gutters were cleaned - all within about 3 hours. We would definitely hire again!!

Paul did an outstanding job. Our windows and skylights are sparkling inside. He did an excellent job cleaning our steep and multi-pitched roof and gutters. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a Business Analyst for many years, with a cubical for an office. I used to envy the UPS guy who came everyday just because he got to go outside and see the sunshine a bit every day. Plus, I was very into rock climbing so high rise window cleaning was a good fit - I got to play with my climbing gear and get paid!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Home owners commonly hire me to clean their gutters and windows, with some electing roof moss cleaning as well. Landlords & commercial property owners typically hire me to complete those exterior maintenance tasks, as well as having me pressure wash sidewalks and driveways to make passage safe for tenants.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently completed exterior window cleaning of Carleton Park in Seattle's Magnolia neighborhood. We did the whole thing - up to 5 stories, with water-fed poles and purified water technology. This made it much safer for us, and more cost-effective for the client.
