- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing obviously varies from project to project. For the best price estimate we will need to come to the site and take measurements and discuss details. We offer free estimates and consultations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new customer gets a free estimate and consultation along with a contract. We only begin work once we have a signed contract and both parties know all the details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the University at Buffalo with a bachelor degree in architecture. We are OSHA certified and we have 14 years of experience.
