Tek-Line Roofing recently completed a challenging roofing job on an outbuilding on my property. This project was complex because 1) the roof was in very poor condition and we couldn't be 100% sure how much damage it had sustained until the old shingles were removed, b) it was a barn-style roof with very steep angles, and c) the building is located at the bottom of a slope with limited vehicular accessibility. Thus the materials had to be hauled down by the crew. Neil kept me informed from the time I signed the contract as to scheduling, materials delivery, job start, etc. The staff also helped me select the composite shingles that matched my house, which has a much newer roof. The crew spent four days overall working on the project in a steady drizzle. They did a very professional job. My new roof is a work of art. Plus, the job site was thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished. I have no hesitation in recommending Tek-Line Roofing.

We recently had Tek-Line Roofing replace our 21 year old roof with a beautiful Lifetime warranted roof. We asked 5 roofing contractors for quotes and received 4. Tek-Lines quote was in the high middle but the professionalism displayed by Tek-Line and Adam, the sales representative, was the clincher. Adam arrived as scheduled, in a clean, well-marked van. He had a professional appearance and a smile. Adam listened and noted all of our requirements and explained the whole process. He guided us through the material selection from shingle construction to types of venting. He got on the roof, took all measurements and inventoried all of the materials we would need and before he left, we had a detailed quote with all work spelled out and with material catalogs and warranty information in-hand. We were then contacted by Neil who set up the roofing day. Four days before the install, he called and advised us of the delivery of all materials and the placement of the dumpster. He went over the process again and made sure our questions were answered. But the most important and impressive part was the tear-off and installation. Tek-Lines 3 man crew was on time and turned a 4 day job into a 3 very-long day job. They moved all of our potted plants out of the way, tarped everything and at the end of each day cleaned up everything off the ground. I watched some of the roofing process and was very impressed with the detail in the assembly of our new roof. From the tear-off, the installing of the underlay and flashing to the high quality shingles, all was good. At the end, all of the plants and outside furniture was replaced to their original locations. That night, it rain lightly. It was a nice end to a great experience. Replacing a roof is a huge expense and the future value of your home depends on excellent materials and professional installation. We got that from Tek-Line.

Tekline was very efficient throughout the process and we are very pleased with the roof for our 50 year old apartment building. It was a big job and they provided a great finished product and were respectful of the property and tenants throughout the process. The only negative was getting the start date pushed back but honestly that's pretty hard to avoid in the construction business and I'm not sure any company could have avoided that. Overall we are very satisfied.
