- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$80/hr with a one hour minimum for service. After 1 hour, the service rate is calculated in 15 minute increments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will provide a 15-minute consultation free of charge. During this time, I will listen to your concerns, and work with you to best address the problem. My goal is to provide you a quality solution for your budget, versus the cheapest quick fix option.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a CompTIA Network + Certification, along with 8 years of Windows Systems Administration and Networking experience.
