- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price of a quote is determined on : 1. The type and quantity of camera or security system needed. 2. Located to where cable will be pulled.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first and most important part is to have a phone call with the customer. We would like to get an idea of what they are envisioning and see what exactly they need. We then will set up a date for an in person job walk to provide a quote that will be given to the client same day. Lastly, when the quote is accepted there will be a date booked for the job to take place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has been a licensed low voltage electrician for 8 years. He has worked on commercial skyline buildings, business buildings, and residential homes within his time in the field. His specialties are installing fire security, access control, cable structuring, camera systems, and security systems.
