Jeff is an exceptional music teacher for all ages. Our granddaughters were fortunate enough to have him at Oroville Elementary School. He is able to share his love of music and the kids just feel it and respond. It was amazing to attend his concerts at the school and witness what he was able to bring out musically in such little ones. One summer recently he gave our granddaughters singing lessons so that they could perform at one of our public events we do. He was amazing how he worked with them on a song they picked and loved. ( Frozen) Their little limelight went off perfectly! Jeff is more than inspiring and his enthusiasm cannot be matched. I would recommend Jeff to anyone or any age. Judi Taber
We loved this band for our event! They were professional, organized, and experienced in facilitating all of our events needs. We were on ship in the harbor and the performance was enjoyed by all our guest. The band was a talented group of musicians and singers who enjoy what they do and are extremely fun to watch.
Aaron is a great listener and zeros in on what I want to work on as a student. He's got a lot of ways to approach singing and is articulate in sharing them. A very good experience!
Unlike many performers May makes a point of getting to know her audience. She is an artist, friend, and entertainer rolled into one. She makes any event special just by her presence.
I was a professional singer/songwriter. It was and still is a passion for me. Started young in choir and private lessons. I went to Europe with a choir that performed at Carnegie Hall. I then started singing pop music where traveled and performed all over the U.S. Then came Brittany my new love...my daughter.First there was piano then voice and all the other 8 plus instruments. Through college and beyond she has far superseded all that I have done and has even taught me a thing or two.(or three...or four) I have watched her abilities and interaction over the years with her students. I've watched them evolve in their talants and see the respect she is given for it. There is a reason her students love her. She never ceases to amaze me. :) Jan Smith
Jenny is a very talented Singer/Musician/Teacher and my Daughter Jordan loves taking voice lessons with Jenny!!! We already notice a big difference in Jordan singing ability in just one short year of lessons, and can't wait to see Jenny take her to the next level. Jenny is an accomplished singer which is what drew me to reach out to her for voice lessons. But watching Jenny play the piano as she accompanies her students at the recitals is impressive!!! Now my youngest daughter is taking piano lessons with Jenny.
The "Moodswings" bring big band music, with a humorous female touch, to delighted audiences of all ages. I have heard them several times, and appreciate their diversity of programming, featured soloists, quality of sound, and general engagement of the audience. I always leave in a better mood than when I arrived... they are just plain FUN.
These guys rock. They played a party we threw to celebrate our friend's marriage. Working with Adam during the lead up to the event was seamless and easy. Adam was responsive and worked to build a set-list to what we wanted for the party. The quality of music was superb. The lead singer had a great voice, engaged the crowd, and kept the party going all night. The band was fantastic, and the lead guitarist shreds. The dance floor was never empty as the band successfully covered songs from rock n roll to pop to county to blue grass, and satisfied everyone's musical preferences. I would highly recommend this band for any event or wedding. They helped make a great night even better with their talent, skill, and energy.
He is the best guitar teacher! Especially if you are into theory side of the music. I'm a singer with a degree in music, but he still has so much more to teach me. He'll show you the right path to take you to the next level. Also I've seen this guy shred on his acoustic guitar. I'm pretty sure he has more than 2 hands and 10 fingers. By hiring him as a solo guitar player for your event, you will get like a band worth of complete sound.
I have been taking voice lessons with Heather since the end of March, and it has been a wonderful experience. Heather is a dedicated teacher who is always considering the way I learn and trying to incorporate new approaches to help me gain mastery. She provides lots of extra support outside of lessons as well if I have questions. The notes she provides after each lesson as well as the warm up videos and backing tracks are so helpful with my practice. Be prepared to work hard if you want to make a difference in your singing. Heather has helped me knock down unrealistic expectations (everyone on the radio is "airbrushed", people!) while building up a strong foundation for proper technique. Singing is not easy, but with practice, hard work, and an excellent teacher like Heather you can see a lot of rewarding progress. I look forward to my lesson every week and am so glad I hired Heather.
Jenny is my masterful teacher, wise mentor, and dear friend. Over the years, she has given me many precious gifts: a reliable and confidence-inducing process for audition preparation, a plethora of healthy technique-building tools, true passion for singing, and love for myself through learning to love my own authentic voice. I always feel truly seen by her, both as a performer and human being. Each lesson, she gauges my mental and physical state, and uses this as a springboard to provide the perfect balance of challenge and encouragement. I have grown more than I ever believed possible. After years under her instruction, I confidently call myself a singer. Annika Knapp - Student, University of Washington
A big THANK YOU Tony for your music at our event! It was the perfect addition to make it fun. I love your style of music - found myself doing some dance steps out there!!
I hired Detour Band for a private party in Everett! They had a lot of energy and I loved how the songs were mixed together. They did a great job at playing music in between their sets and had awesome lighting! I was very satisfied and would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to everyone!! I loved how the singer got out and danced with the crowd in between her sets.. So much energy!! I love Detour!!
