- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our base rate varies depending on type, length, and location of event. Every quote includes unlimited song requests from our repertoire, 2-4 custom song requests (songs we'll learn for your event), a full sound system, and stage lighting. We also offer the following add-on services: -Live band karaoke -MC/DJ/regular karaoke -Solo or duo piano/acoustic guitar -Wedding ceremony sound management (speakers, mic's, etc) Feel free to message us for a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we'll send over a contract outlining the basics of your event, and ask you to fill in any missing info. This is where we get specific about what you want. The contract has spaces for request songs, event timeline, and general notes. Most people don't have all the details worked out when they hire us, and we're happy to offer as much guidance as you'd like. We've been doing this for a long time, and we tend to know what works and what doesn't.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hans (lead vocals, guitar) grew up playing guitar in rock bands and owns one of the region's most successful DJ businesses. Michael (keyboard) is a gifted classical pianist who can effortlessly play just about any type of music. Cameron (bass) has a degree in music composition and runs a busy teaching studio. Matt (drums) is a self-taught and incredibly versatile drummer who developed his golden touch through countless hours of playing along to Nirvana albums.
