Introduction: I am a licensed mental health counselor in Washington State and have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and adolescents. I specialize working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, loneliness, trauma, nightmares, relationship issues, and difficult life transitions. My work with couples focuses on the issues they each present, how they would like things to change and grow, and the three of us working collaboratively toward effective and lasting change. Common issues couples bring to therapy include communication problems, feelings of disconnection, intimacy, parenting, infidelity and differences in dreams or hopes for the future. My approach to therapy is integrated and flexible. I utilize a number of therapeutic modalities including relational, psychodynamic, humanistic, cognitive and family systems theory. Together, we will work to develop an approach that best suits your unique qualities and the issues you bring.
