Robert was very skilled and professional, but what we really liked about working with him is that he was patient. While working from home with a one year old, on with a type of tile he had never worked with, he took the time, was always calm and patient and never frustrated, despite the job taking longer than expected (due to the new type of tile, not his fault). It was a pleasure working with him, and highly recommend him.
