SOS Geek was responsive and helped me with my issue remotely. They respected my hesitancy about giving over control of my computer to a stranger, so they did a limited remote session so they could view my computer screen, but talked me through the steps so that I could understand and control the process myself. The people at SOS Geek are amazing. I started with them a little more than a year ago after my computer had been hacked and taken over. It was an early Saturday afternoon and after trying to find someone to take care of my computer I found SOS Geek. They did an amazing job...took several hours, but they cleaned everything up for me. I came back to them a couple of months ago to solve a problem with my cell phone being able to download to my computer. They solved that one within several minutes. SOS Geek is simply great!
