- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing varies for every project based on the scope decided with the client. The approximate pricing on our project examples was specific for those clients and what was agreed upon for the hours/extent of the project. For more specific pricing please contact us and we would be happy to set up a consultation meeting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work directly with our clients to fill out a creative brief and establish the scope of the project (Timeframe, pricing, initial ideas and color palettes). From there, our designer will create ideas and mockups, referring to the client for approval before moving into the development phase. Our in-house developer then brings the design to life and creates a beautiful and functional website specific to your needs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
WEB DESIGN: We have worked with Auto Auctions, Event industry companies, and other stand-alone clients. GRAPHIC DESIGN: Many of our graphic design clients were also web design clients. We can offer clients many levels of service!
