Great experience having Kelian Cleaning take care of our roof, gutters, and outside windows to get ready for the rainy season. They were easy to schedule with and could come out the same week. Arrived when they said they would and did a fair amount of clean up around the house after finishing.

We hired Kelian to clean our exterior windows. Dennis was our technician and he was wonderful. He was friendly, respectful and efficient in cleaning our screens and windows. Overall, it was reasonably priced and we'll worth the money.

The quote given was for cleaning the gutters as well as repairing them in 3 spots. He did not do the repair work for various reasons but the price quoted remained the same. What he did as far as cleaning was beyond great as he got six bags of gunk removed. That made the price right.

Very easy company to work with. Was able to book 24 hours in advance at a fair price. Communication was prompt and while I went through an app to locate them I appreciated the direct communication via text to book. The serviceman arrived early and was very courteous. Windows came out very clean and they washed all the window screens as well. Since I only asked for exterior windows, after he was done he gave me some tips on how to get a good streak-free clean on the inside which was very helpful. At the end the total came out to exactly the original quote, so I was happy there wasn’t any hidden fees. Will definitely save for future needs!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm trying to find what will work best for me and my customer. While working at the property, we will do our best to complete all customer's wishes and set more cleaning appointments with them!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through training with another company who specialize on professional window cleaning services. Also my past experience with customers is very helpful with creating high quality customer service.
