I would pick all the options if I have a choice. Ghanbar showed up promptly, once for measurement and then did install. He measured the broken window, offered a great price for replacement, and the install was super fast and efficient. Everything was cleaned up properly, no trace of any broken glass. He was very respectful of our space. Thank you for the awesome work.

Ghanbar did a great job replacing two windows for me. Out of 3 quotes I did, Ghanbar was able to offer roughly 15% cheaper than my next lowest quote. However, I do not feel I sacrificed any quality. He was very quick to get the replacement windows ordered and installed, and the work was done efficiently. He also stands behind his work with warranty on materials and workmanship.

I also had an issue with a broken window spring/bracket causing the window to be unable to open. It took a little longer to coordinate that repair, but Ghanbar followed through on his promise, reached out to me, and even came on Sunday to get it fixed. The delay was due to him needing to order the part which took a week for delivery.

Overall, I really appreciate that he stood behind his word and made sure everything was taken care of. I’m happy with the work and would recommend Arco Glass. I have many windows in my house and will reach out to Ghanbar again for future repairs.

I am attaching before and after photos of the windows he replaced for me. They appear to be high quality just like my old ones, which were 24yrs old.

Ghanbar was very prompt to my inquiry and helped fix a broken window in a short amount of time. He was able to replace it cleanly in roughly 30 minutes and installed it so it looks like it was never broken in the first place . I’d recommend Arco and Ghanbar to anyone without reservation.

Great Service & Excellent Value

I needed to replace my broken double pane window and the first one to show up is Arco Glass.
I highly recommend Ghanbar (Arco Glass) and his glass replacement service! He was very thorough, detail-oriented, and took the time to make sure the job was done properly. The quality of his work was excellent, and his price was by far one of the most reasonable I found in the King County area.

It’s great to find a small local company that provides this level of professionalism and personal service. I would definitely hire Ghanbar again if I ever need additional glass work, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, quality, and affordable glass replacement services. Ghanbar is kind, easy to talk to and very trustworthy. Thank you.
