Jason, (Northwest Energy Shield) helped me with replacement windows for a home I was selling in Kirkland, WA.
He responded within hours of my request and had someone out to look at the job the very next day. This was on a very tight time line on 'custom size' windows as the house was already sold and pending replacement of the windows prior to closing.
He and his team worked quickly and professionally to get the job ordered in time. Even in spite of an accelerated closing and Thanksgiving Holiday to boot Jason and his team came through and worked with us on meeting the demands of the closing on time.
I would definitely do business with this company again. To me they went above and beyond in their profession to relieve a tremendous amount of stress on me even when it meant shorter time frame and stress on their part and I greatly appreciate that.
Also, the windows needing repaired/replaced were Penguin Windows, a company no longer in business and difficult to find someone who will even look at them,,,,, and that didn't sway Northwest Energy Shield in the least. They provided comparable if not better windows and offered lifetime warranty.
If you need new windows or replacement windows I highly recommend Northwest Energy Shield.

My house had 3 old aluminum windows that needed to be replaced badly (drafty, condensation, ugly...). Jason came by promptly to take a look at the project. He gave me a very thorough explanation about why we were having issues with these windows and what we could do to fix it.
He listened to my needs and gave me several options that fit within budget. We chose to replace the 3 windows with one large picture window with two sliders.
The window was custom made in a very reasonable time frame and the installers did a FANTASTIC job. It looks amazing and the room feels much warmer.
We did have one minor hiccup during the process (but what home project doesn't have one?), but I can honestly say that Jason went above and beyond to make it right.
I would definitely recommend and hire Northwest Energy Shield again if I have the chance!

The experience we had with Jason was outstanding! We had single pane windows replaced with double pane vinyl framed windows at our beach cabin. He carefully outlined our options for doing part or all of the job...we were able to do the entire job. He was on time each time we had an appointment. The men that installed the windows were also on time and did a great job in a challenging situation; high windows that were not in square for one thing. We highly recommend Northwest Energy Shield and the men that he hires to do the installation. They were the best from start to finish.

Jason with Northwest Energy Shield helped me with a full house of replacement windows and I am so happy with my decision to go with this local company. The 30+ year-old metal framed windows at my house were cracked, foggy, and drafty. I called 5 window companies to get quotes and was dreading the hard sell pitches. And thats exactly what I got from 4 of the 5. Jason was the 5th and our meeting was 100% zero pressure (and he was right on time!). He listened to my concerns, provided several options, and was attentive to my budget. Rather than hard selling his product he spent his time educating me and making sure I was well informed in a low pressure way, and anyone who does this gets my business any day! His quote was not the lowest, but it wasnt the highest either. Right in the middle. He also was able to predict within $1000 the quotes from the other companies I had spoken with. I was sold. I also used the Living Social deal, which was a big seller. (BTW, anyone complaining about the deal clearly didnt read the very obvious details about using it. Dont be mad at a company that fully disclosed details if you failed to read them!) Matt, the installer, and his team of guys were just as great to work with. They were on time, courteous, speedy at the install of my 7 windows and 1 patio door, cleaned up completely, and left within 4 hours. Ive only had the windows in for a few weeks, but I can already tell a huge difference (and they look great). My vaulted living room doesnt get hot during the day, I no longer feel the heat radiating in, and the noise reduction has been fantastic! Cant wait to see the improvement in my heating bill next winter. I can definitely say that I would highly recommend Northwest Energy Shield to anyone!
