- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have two levels: a flat fee for resumes, and then an a la carte hourly system to fit any budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like an initial assessment interview to see if we're a good fit, and also to be sure the client understands the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A degree in journalism and English. Strong interviewing and listening skills. A CPRW (Certified Professional Resume Writer). A work history with a wide diversity of sectors, including consulting, medical, business and nonprofits. Training in graphic design and publication layout and the knowledge in how to integrate that with Microsoft Word to create that best-looking and most professional career marketing tool you can have.
