Introduction: FS Restoration, LLC started out pressure washing many years ago and we found there was a growing need for concrete waterproofing, restoration and repair. As we grew the business and new products have entered the market, we realized there were many different ways to get to the same end result. Therefore, we assess the need of the customer, work with trusted suppliers and vendors and come up with options for lasting results. Some of our services include: Surface preparation, concrete waterproofing, crack repairs, rebuilding expansion joints, overlays, stains and other decorative finishes.

FS Restoration handled the rehab of our stamped concrete patio and walkways, which were sealed incorrectly and looked terrible. In addition, they repaired the original 1940's basement stairwell, anchored a new railing, added a hydro-seal and then skim-coated and stained the entire area. Joel from FSR takes pride in his work, and went above and beyond the original scope to ensure the project turned out great. He completed the work on time and within budget, which is rare these days. The consultation he provided was extremely valuable, and wasn't offered from others who bid on the project. Huge thumbs up from me and my wife.

Beautiful job! Glad I hired this company. Showed up as expected, left no mess, and they were done and gone in a flash. Had to repair existing damaged concrete curbing and replace sections that had been done by someone else. Highly recommend
