Introduction: My name is Tim and here at Top Grade Development our team strives for quality; however, quality only comes with patience, especially when it comes to prep work. Based on our experiences, we have learned that painting is only half of the work and true quality comes with the effort put into the prep work. Call or text us for a free estimate. We do interior/exterior painting homes, staining fences/decks, pressure washing, finish work and interior remodeling. We focus on painting residential and new contruction homes. Doesn’t hurt for a free estimate, the more the better! Please be aware that Thumbtack charges us contractors anywhere from $40-$120 for anyone that contacts us. Tim did a wonderful job painting over the popcorn ceilings in our home. He fixed some existing damage, communicated well with us, and it looks great! I plan to hire him again to paint the exterior of our house once the weather allows!

Tim and his partner did a great job painting the outside of my home. I love the color with the white trim. He pressure-washed and painted my home in 4 days with a spray gun and brushes and did an excellent job with prep work before he painted. I would be glad to give him a professional reference.

OMG!!!!! they turned my 1950 house into a modern looking home the care that they put into their work along with the extra work that was not quoted in the actual price that they did. They listened and did every thing that I asked of them without hesitation it was done to perfection I was so happy with the work that they were doing I was calling my friends and telling them and they wanted a quote and they had only halfway finished that is how great of job that they were doing my house used to be the worst looking house on the Block but now it's the best looking house The Red Doors really make the house pop and I'm very very happy ecstatically happy with the way my home looks now thank you guys for such a wonderful job and thank you for the love that you put into your work that is a rare quality these days but these young men did the job:-)

3 colors used on my 60 yr old home. Paired with loving care and attention to details. This has made me feel like I have a new home. They are meticulous with everything! Tapeing done beautifully.
