Tim looks young but once you get him talking about the job you can tell he knows what he is doing. My husband and I communicated with Tim about painting the exterior body of our home and detached garage. He provided a fair quote at a reasonable price point and he was there within a week of contact to pressure wash and prep the home. Tim was flexible with our changes and his crew completed the job in 3 1/2 days. He provided a quality service and we would recommend him to others and use his company again.

We hired Top Grade Development, LLC to paint the ceilings throughout our home. Their meticulous attention to detail, their courtesy, professionalism, and knowledge made the entire experience delightful. They were equally meticulous in cleaning up when they finished painting. We'll definitely consider them again for future projects. Frankly, we're both kind of blown away by how good an experience it was!

Top Grade came in with the best quote and gave me options as to how I could keep the price on the project low. They were also flexible with changes to the scope of the project part way through. That obviously raised costs, but it ended with me being very happy with the outcome instead of not loving the colors.
