I’m so happy I did my research when looking into a flooring place. I had looked into two other establishments that are well known, but I always felt something wasn’t right. Well, I went with my instincts and stubbled across Pacific Flooring Inc, in Spanaway, WA. Let me tell you, from the get go they were truly amazing. Pacific Flooring is a family run business who do the actual installation and not outsource to a third party. They were very professional and thorough with providing me details about their service, the installation process, their product line, and turnaround time. Also, very patient and understanding with my million questions before I was committed to move forward. Ernesto and his team, Bryan; Jaime; and Miguel did an absolutely wonderful job. I had my full house done with LVP, carpet, and baseboards replacement. The work they did was very well thought out…the craftsmanship and careful detail was done so well. I even had special request if they could add LVP flooring in areas that were once carpet, whereas, I had requested with the other flooring companies and they said they could not do. But, Ernesto understood my needs with the special requests and he had no problem to fulfill that vision. He definitely has an eye for architectural design and details. They finished the job in two days, which was amazingly impressive. They all have a great friendly attitude, and Ernesto’s business manager, Katherine was just as pleasant to work with; she is very quick with responses with the paperwork process. I have nothing but great things to say about them. I’m truly satisfied with the work the team did. I feel like it’s a new house. I would highly recommend their services for flooring needs. I’m keeping them in mind for future projects.
