***** FIVE STAR *****Starting with our initial call up to the completion of the job our bathroom remodel has been a pleasant experience.After remodeling our master bath a few years back, we were reluctant to dive into another major project. Following a discussion with my sister and hearing her talk of the professionalism and superior work quality she experienced utilizing Bath Planet, we made the call.The initial call was informative regarding the process, the timeframe was explained, and a meeting scheduled with Representative Chad. Chad assisted with establishing the level of quality materials we were looking for along with suggesting better ways to rearrange our existing bathroom to accommodate a larger shower. Once the materials were shipped, we were in constant contact with the progress of our job start date.The day the job began the installer, Lester showed up and went over how he would be moving forward. He initially went over the necessary documentation related to our project, even providing his contact information should something come up. His care of our property laying down runners from the entry door to the bathroom was nice to see. He took care to minimize dust during the entire job, cleaning up each day to the point you could hardly tell he was there except the walls were moved. Lester was prompt, utilized professional carpentry skills and was able to adapt to the characteristics of an old unlevel, out of square structure. Lester adapted his knowledge and skills so once completed our new shower looked beautiful.Having delt with contractors in the past it was pleasant to see how Bath Planet takes an interest in the project start to finish. Our project exceeded our expectations and was a truly enjoyable experience. I would strongly recommend Bath Planet for any bathroom remodel projects for those interested in quality workmanship and materials.
