- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our technicians, whether it is our Heating and Air Tech, our electrician or our plumber are professional and reliable. When called out to a homeowners house for a service call, they are very thorough. They don't just look at the problem, they will look at everything and let the homeowner know if everything else looks good or if there is something else that the homeowner should be concerned about. We charge a flat rate fee, not by the hour and the technicians go through what the problem is, what is required to fix the problem and how much and the homeowner has to approve it before we move forward and fix it.
