Their response time back to me with a quote on the service they could provide was good, but after the accepted their quote and said I wanted them for the job, they never got back to me. I’m still waiting.

DUCT SYSTEM CLEANING I have a 60 year old home, and the ducts had not been cleaned for quite some time. R&R's Duct Cleaning Tech called before arrival, and took care with the carpets and walls when moving his portable equipment. An older home provides challenges of non-standard configuration, and the tech quickly judged the best way to give the most thorough cleaning of my furnace and duct work.

We received excellent service and product for our new furnace and air conditioning system. From arriving promptly, wearing foot protection to keep our house clean to complete cleanup after the work was completed in very rapid speed, we couldn't be more satisfied with our experience with this company and our new system.

Furnace Duct Cleaning: The man sent out did a really great job. He explained everything to us. We were very pleased and the cost was less than another quote we were given.
