Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I have two Bachelor's of Science degrees from the University of Idaho; one is in Exercise Science, and the other is in Dietetics. Having 8 + years of specific college education in the study of health and wellness has given me the physiological, psychological, medical, and nutritional knowledge base that surpasses most trainers and nutritionists. Specifically, nutritionists are not trained in Medical Nutrition Therapy, which is critical when dealing with those undergoing or diagnosed with serious medical conditions. The Coordinated Program in Dietetics has given me the education to provide correct nutritional guidelines for those living with high risk medical conditions. I also worked as a Rehabilitation Technician for two years in out-patient physical therapy, which has given me an elite skill set those suffering with weight limitations can benefit from greatly. Whether you are looking for personal training or counseling services, you will be taught the correct skills and information that will give you the life long methods and tools needed to independently steer your life in the direction you are wanting it to go in. What I enjoy most is connecting with those who feel alone in their struggle, and providing them the comfort they need to heal. Watching someone replace their pain with joy is the ultimate gift!

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Hip and lower back rehabilitation, compulsive eating disorder counseling, relationship counseling (with one's own self, parent or loved one is what I've seen the most).

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

That your end goal is to independently work through your challenges with as little assistance as necessary... because you CAN. A provider who makes you feel like you should depend on them to get through the rest of your life's problems is not a provider who has your best interest at heart.
