About
We follow the policies required by American Heart Association. Cards are ordered upon payment and once we receive your card, it is emailed. AHA changed to E-cards starting January 1, 2018. You can print off your card in wallet size or larger size for your employee file. Cards are still good for 2 years and you can save your card as a PDF so you will have it for the next 2 years. We work hard to have extra cards so if you pay at the class, there will be a card for you to get immediately. Our price per class includes the required book. However if you bring your own book, you pay less. We take pride in providing CPR AED First Aid classes without charging a high cost. We enjoy traveling to businesses and provided the classes. We also offer a Lunch and Learn non-certification one hour training for $150.00 up to 25 people.

I took this class and it was excellent. Sheri ensures her students absorb and understand the course content. I highly recommend Sheri's CPR

It was okay. The training could have been better. The trainer (Sean) talked fast and not very clear. When we got to the video I noticed it had mentioned it covered adulting choking bit it actually did not.. so I asked him about it. He seemed annoyed as he had to show us. I thought it was one class together CRP/first aid training for $25. When I first walked in he asked if we were there for CRP and first aid training (as I thought it was together, so I said yes because I figured he was just making sure I was in the right place since I was almost two minute stardy) Then he just continued talking. not informing us what sentence or two we may have missed. Then he had us sign in and said we could pay at the end. So once the end of the movie was over and I went to pay he said the total would be $100. Shocked I asked why and he said because you took CRP and FIRST AID. I said I thought it was $25 total. He said "well I asked you when you first walked in" he didn't clarify they were two separate training programs and that I could leave befor the movie. I luckily had enough but I left very unpleasant and uneasy!! I will not be recommending this training program to anyone especially with that instructor!!!!

First Aid Training

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We take the required American Heart Association instructor training every two years to make sure we are providing the appropriate CPR AED and First Aid training.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Teaching CPR/AED/First Aid to those in the medical field so they can work in assisted living or adult family homes and continue to be in good standing. Teaching BLS HealthCare Provider to RNs LPNS and those in the Dental field. Teaching CPR/AED/First Aid to landscaping businesses and construction businesses.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for an instructor who offers a class without a high cost; learning CPR and First aid doesn't need to be extremely expensive. Make sure your instructor is certified and can get your card to you immediately. Also look for someone who is flexible and can work with your hours. We all have busy lifestyles. Make sure the business is following the policies of American Heart Association. The policy of buying the book was started in 2013. It states "Instructors that fail to comply with the policy are not in compliance with the requirements for issuing course completion cards for courses where this requirement is not met. Instructors utilizing the library exception must have a written policy, available to the AHA during site review that provides direction on how the library will be implemented and monitored..."
