Introduction: LaYoung Photography specializes in natural light portraiture with a classic, whimsical sense of light and composition.
We strive to create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for our clients and to leave them with beautiful images they'll feel confident about.
We love shooting weddings and working with engaged couples, but we also do family sessions, headshots, senior photos, and just about every kind of portraiture you can think of.
We have the most fun as photographers when we're able to convince a client that they are really beautiful, and no, we didn't fix their nose in Photoshop.
We know that a lot of people feel uneasy in front of a camera, so we strive to make having your photo taken as unintimidating as possible.
At our shoots, there is always lots of laughter, self-deprecating humor, good music, and usually food (because we all deserve some ice cream).

Laura took our engagement photos as well as did my boudoir session. I was pretty nervous about that but she made it really fun and tasteful. She is kind and helpful and made us feel comfortable as me and my husband awkwardly tried to be cute in front of the camera. Plus the photos were absolutely awesome! We like them better than our wedding photos that we had done with someone else. Five stars!

Laura was so great to work with! She made us feel so relaxed and no pressure with picture taking. We absolutely enjoyed her and loved the pictures she took of our outdoor wedding. She really takes the time to use the surroundings, textures, and any ideas you personally have to capture beautiful images. We highly recommend her!

Laura was the best, good natured, funny, and very professional! Everything from wrangling family members to helping finish the brides makeup. We haven't seen all the the pictures yet, but from the few we have seen, they are absolutely stunning. 10 of 10 would hire again and recommend!

Laura and Devon were amazing to work with from start to finish. She was great at communicating with us (even when I was having technology problems at time of payment) and making sure our wedding day was beautifully captured. The photos are absolutely beautiful.
