About

I bring my Fine Art background and training to portraiture and wedding photography. My goal is to provide for you the best and most interesting photo that has ever been taken of you. I have a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Radio/TV/Film and an AAS Degree in Photography. My specialty is studio lighting, however I'm extremely comfortable shooting outdoors in natural light. I have sold several Fine Art Prints in Gallery Shows and have won several national awards in Fine Art Photography. I have a one of a kind studio in downtown Spokane located in the former Masonic Temple, now named Riverside Place. It is a wonderful environment for creative and conceptual photographs, family portraits, customs portraits, engagement photos and fine art portraits. What I love most about the work I do is the actual act of creating. Every photo is a new and exciting experience; one that documents and creatively records a moment in time. I enjoy meeting new people and I'm excellent at organizing large and difficult shoots. I would truly appreciate the opportunity to furnish the photographs for your event, wedding or personalized portrait session.

My husband and I hired Marc for boudoir photography before our wedding. We were looking for someone to help us capture that moment in time for the both of us and Marc did just that. The artistry that he displayed in his photography was truly inspiring and we couldn't be happier with the photos we received. Marc was a joy to work with; my husband and I both had so much fun during our shoots and I really felt as if I was able to be a part of Marc's artistic process. Over the last three years, I have modeled for both Marc and Fay regularly. Also a photographer, I have helped on their sets in studio, and worked with them at a variety of events. Here are my objective observations: they have the highest standard of professionalism. A solid foundation of traditional business ethic paired with great care and empathy for the client, whether on a volunteer or formal job basis. They follow through and keep their word from start to finish in transactions from initial contact to final product. My non-objective observations are: they are artists. Many photographers out there will certainly do a great job and produce solid imagery. With Fay and Marc however, there exists within the photographs a classical artistic feeling. They research painting and modern art, greatly influenced by the finest artwork over the centuries to the contemporary age. With Juliet Rose Photography you will experience professionalism, empathy, and originality of vision that you would be hard pressed to find elsewhere. A true gem within Spokane's community.

Typically a Fine Art Photograph and Boudoir Session Start at $500.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I recommend a pre-shoot consultation with the client to go over what the overall goal is of the photo session to discuss the desired result. Any examples of photos and poses that the client wants me to see are completely gone over at this meeting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Arts in Communications Washington State University AAS Degree in Photography-SFCC
