Palmer fought with my insurance company for a month because they were trying to say I only needed half a roof done, not true. Palmer sent proof to my insurer and then my insurer tried to underpay me so Palmer sent them proof that they were underpaying me! My insurance company paid in full and Palmer did an excellent job on my roof. I also noticed the small things like the respect that their worker showed. They brought in my newspaper and brought up my trash cans without me asking. They cleaned up after themselves as if they were never here. I also noticed they put tarps under vehicles to ensure no oil spots from large vehicles were left. I have already referred them to my best friend. Go with this company and you will get quality work at an excellent price. Thank you Palmer!

Gil and the whole team were great to work with. They’ll are professional and run a good group. We had a roof overlay, some siding replacement, gutter and fence install. Everyone did a great job. I appreciate the work so late in the year and the attention for Mackenzie, Jessica, Jennifer and Gil. Gil has a great approach to the job and philosophy of great customer service. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone.

Palmer construction helped us when a small project turned into a fully fledged insurance claim from a summer storm. Our fence, roof, garage roof and deck awning needed a full replacement after inspection and Palmer said they would help through the process from beginning to end.
The business is ran by a family who are very kind people, and they helped guide us through the insurance process really well. Luckily we also have great home insurance who cares about their customers.
Craftsmanship is great, and their team of guys are communicative and really listen to any suggestions or problems you might have. There were a few days where they were swamped with work on other sites and didn't make it out nor communicate it very well, BUT - they hired extra help in the office towards the end of our project and communication improved dramatically. I'm also not the easiest client, so take that into consideration. Glad to see they are always trying to improve and grow. Prices were fair and I would recommend Palmer for any project you might have.
Details: Home • Replace fence or gate • Wood • 51 - 100 feet • Height recommended by pro • No fence obstacles exist in the work area

The process one goes through weeding through contractors and bids when trying to hire the right company to replace a roof is stressful. You just hope you have hired the right people, it’s an expensive gamble. We struck gold with Palmer Construction. Gil and Jennifer are wonderful to work with. They have a hard working crew, who know how to keep a job site clean and organized. They are honest and ethical in their business practices and do beautiful work. Our new roof is a testament to their quality craftsmanship. We will go to them again for any other jobs we need done in the future.
