The young man did an excellent job. There were no dirt in the corners after he was done. He was cheerful and answered my questions without any annoyance. Will use him again for windows and gutter cleaning next year.

Regular window clean: $2.50 - $3.00 per section.
Gutter cleaning rate: $100 per hour.
Pressure washing rate: $100 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Providing a quick quote over the phone and setting up a more detailed estimate in person. I provide a detailed account of what they are paying for and try to give them a variety of options to choose from.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
7 Years of previous window washing, gutter cleaning and pressure washing experience. Four weeks of extreme customer service training.
