Removing spa tub and replacing with shower presented problems in our already-remodeled-once bathroom. Regular bathroomremodelers said they would have to tear out cabinets and do the whole room when all we wanted was a shower. Bill figured it out and did a fantastic job we are extremely happy with. His subcontractors were also excellent.

My pricing is flexible. I can modify my hourly rate depending on the type of work involved.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Visit the jobsite and inspect the conditions. Take measurements and pictures of the work. Draw the plan(s) indicating the scope of work. Send plan out to applicable subcontractors. Obtain prices for sub and our own work and submit to the Owner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS in Construction Management from Washington State University
