Erik performed a very thorough and diligent inspection of my first home I wanted to buy. He was early to the appointment, honest, straight forward, polite and very smart about everything a home inspector should be. His 24hr report turn around is a guarantee! He even took the time to look further into the requirements and some standards that are needed on homes with new construction (i.e. radon detector) and got back to me in a very timely manner with the information he found. Not only did Erik perform a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations you can't beat his price. I would recommend Erik to any first time home buyer and even those purchasing for the second or third time. Thanks Erik.

Erik contacted me immediately, and was very flexible about his schedule. He answered every question extremely promptly, and was patient and kind to my niece who also had her 3 year old daughter with her during the inspection. Even though the property was small, he spent time and detail on it as if it were a high end home.
The inspection detail was excellent, photos with arrows indicating issues helped so much in making a long distance decision. I am extremely happy with the report, and I would highly recommend engaging his services.

Erik was amazing and I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is buying a home! He made the whole process so easy, and he provided me with great information during and after the inspection. He was very flexible and his price is unbeatable especially for what a terrific job he does. He definitely went above and beyond!

Mr Cantlon does a terrific job. Inspects thoroughly top to bottom. Reports very easy to read and accompanied by pictured when needed. Would totally recommend.
