She cleaned for us for about 4 years. She cleaned for my house and my mom, then for my dad as well. Her work was adequate but she became increasingly unreliable and unresponsive

Harry, your last message to me, before I respectfully let you know this was no longer a good fit, was pretty aggressive. Due to this message, I let you know, I no longer felt like this was a good fit, as I no longer felt comfortable. Your response message to me was all capitals, each letter sent separately, F*** off. I still respectfully wished you the best, even after your extremely aggressive text. I am the solo operator of this business, and sometimes I require a little extra time to respond during the weekday, you gave me less than 24 hours to respond to your message before getting aggressive.

Rachelle was super sweet and professional. We have 4 cats, 3 dogs and a toddler so our house is a mess and we are tired. She cleaned quickly and we felt really comfortable having her in our home. She also showed no fear when I warned her that our 3 legged cat might have a mild “stranger danger” freak out since I could not wrangle her into the bedroom in time. We will definitely be calling her again!
