Hired Genesis to clean my 3 bedroom, 2 bath. It is kept very clean on a regular basis, but I wanted someone to really wipe down clean the showers, kitchen, baseboards, and floors. The price was extremely high, but I figured if the job was good then it would be worth it. It most certainly was not.
Nothing was dusted in my daughters room. It looked like maybe one side had been vacuumed. No shelves, side table, nothing wiped down or dusted. In some rooms it looked like someone considered dusting, but really only halfway.
I had to go back in and scrub the guest bathtub because it looked like it hadn't been touched.
She didn't Clean any baseboards. I SPECIFICALLY mentioned that I am OCD about them and would love them to be wiped down, nothing.
I also specifically mentioned that I would love for her to dust light fixtures/blinds...not a single one was dusted
The stove and microwave were still dirty on the outside and there were crumbs on the counter. She did wipe down the inside of the microwave it looked like.
The shelf in the shower wasn't touched. Literally just a few bottles of shampoo could've been moved and it could've been wiped, but nothing.
Oh! It also said on the paperwork that she would Empty trash cans in each room, and she didn't.
I'm really bummed because nothing that I needed done is done, she spent a few hours here so I was out of the house, so now I am out of time to do it today and out of money to get someone else. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
The only reason I left one star is because the woman was nice, but I do not recommend the service unfortunately.

Genesis was fantastic during these COVID-19 days. We stayed out of the house so she didnt have to work with her mask on. Every thing is nice and clean. Having 3 dogs she did not flinch when I asked her to vacuum our couch. She had a big job taking care of our home and she tackled it as a trained professional!! I will definitely have her back. She was a fantastic help when I/we needed it.
