- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have 2 people working on each job 1 male / 1 Female we charge $80.00 per hour ( For 1 time ) Commercial and Residential cleanings. The price is 70.00 per hour for biweekly and 60.00 per hour for weekly. Our goal is to treat others the way we want to be treated , we keep up with our competitors prices and give our customers the best possible price we can. We give discounts to our returning customers and always make sure our customers are happy with the finished service given.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to build relationships with our customers and treat them like family , we want our customers using our services not just once but forever. We are more then just a cleaning company !
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Licenced, Bonded, Insured and we continue educating and training ourselves and employees on safety , good customer service , and ways we can impact our clientele and give them the best service possible.
