During a recent storm, Avista came out to restore power and cut branches from a tree located on a neighbor’s property. Unfortunately, the branches and debris were left on my property directly in front of my garage. At first it was just inconvenient, but with the recent wildfires in Spokane, having dead brush piled up so close to the house became a real concern.

After getting nowhere with Avista, I tried to handle it myself by renting a wood chipper from Home Depot, but the equipment was in such poor condition that it could barely get through small twigs.

Michael from JR Industries LLC responded quickly on Thumbtack and came out the same evening to provide a quote. We scheduled the work for two days later, and he showed up as promised. He completed the cleanup, removed the brush, and went above and beyond what I expected.

The area now looks better than it has since we moved in. Michael was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend JR Industries LLC to anyone needing yard cleanup, brush removal, or similar work.
