Introduction: I believe that the method I use is far easier than more mainstream fitness approaches for clients to follow and achieve the level of fitness they want. Achieving one's optimal physical genetic expression is not supposed to be difficult; it is what the body is designed to do. Following the scientifically-proven exercise and nutrition the body is designed to follow, improved fitness should be far more rapid a process than it is for the body to deteriorate because of disuse or poor nutrition. The moment when my clients fully realize how their bodies are designed to achieve great health and fitness and how easy it is to achieve that health and fitness by simply following that design.

This is my first experience with a personal trainer and it has been amazing! Grant makes an easy plan to follow, within the first 2 weeks I saw results! Each session has something new so sessions are never the same! Definitely recommend!

Grant is so great to work with. Both my husband and I are just starting our journey with him. He is extremely knowledgeable of body mechanics and how simple and complex injuries affect everything. He has adjusted routines for injury and is a fabulously motivating coach. We highly recommend Grant!

It's outstanding! Balancing my nutrition and my fitness has been really hard for me but with Grant I've been able to eat healthy and still eat my favorite foods! He's knowledge base has been exceptional. He explains what to eat, as well as the when and why. He also understands my mistakes along the way but is still encouraging. With the results I've seen, I will always look to him for guidance and support!

My experience with Grant has been great so far. He is very nice and knowledgeable. He always pushes me which is nice because im a beginner. I have never been so sore! I'm excited to see the progress i will make with Grant's help.

    I am constantly keeping updated on scientific studies relating to all aspects of health. Whether it is exercise, nutrition, natural medicine or any other field of health, I am always seeking to be updated.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have always wanted to have a connection to people through service. Helping people accomplish something important to them is an incredible experience. Health and fitness is such a great opportunity to do this because not only can I help people accomplish something very important but I can show them how they can become independent of my help and go on to help their own family and friends.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I specialize in weight loss and general fitness/nutrition improvement for women and men of all ages. I also do more niche work, such as athletic or sport-specific performance and body building training.
