- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly keeping updated on scientific studies relating to all aspects of health. Whether it is exercise, nutrition, natural medicine or any other field of health, I am always seeking to be updated.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always wanted to have a connection to people through service. Helping people accomplish something important to them is an incredible experience. Health and fitness is such a great opportunity to do this because not only can I help people accomplish something very important but I can show them how they can become independent of my help and go on to help their own family and friends.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I specialize in weight loss and general fitness/nutrition improvement for women and men of all ages. I also do more niche work, such as athletic or sport-specific performance and body building training.
