- How did you get started doing this type of work?
At one point a grocery store I worked for went on strike. I still needed to make ends meet but I didn't want to cross the line. I met someone who washed windows at a night job that I had got to help my financial situation. He offered me some work and thats where I got started. It was not long after that that I realized I could feed myself and pay the bills if I stayed in this line of work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do alot of residential houses varying from 1-3 stories all over the Spokane area. We do all types of windows ranging from old true divided light wood windows to newer vinyl windows. Gutters, for the most part are the K style alluminium but, we will clean all types from built ins to old wooden gutters. A smaller but growing part of our business is window screen replacement that is typically added onsite and completed the same day. We are not limited to only work on single family residentail homes. We do apartment complexes, condo associations and small business store front. Every home or business is different and thats where our experience helps us deliever outstanding service to all of our customers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Window and gutter cleaning isn't that hard of a craft to get good at. What differentiates one company from the next is the character from which it operates. Years of experience gives our company the ability to exceed expectations and our character helps win our customers good will and repeat business.
