I have been a tenant under Hoss @ Cobalt Properties for about a year now. He has been very communicative and professional, from the start. A great mediator, by the book, and respectful in all regards. I've never "reccomended" a Property Manager as a tenant, but I would absolutely reccomend him.

I'm very pleased with the service we receive from Hoss and Cobalt Property Management. Hoss has worked hard at getting our records and accounts in order after dismal service from our previous property management company. He responds to inquiries quickly and is very helpful. My husband and I have been working with Hoss at Cobalt Property Management. Hoss has been extremely kind and patient. Quite often it is very difficult to communicate with management companies; Hoss however gets back to me immediately. When you communicate with him you can tell he is actively listening; you know you have his full attention. This gives me a sense of trust in the company. I am eager to continue to work with them.
