John at Balsamroot Exteriors managed the installation of a new (and beautiful) deck at the back of my house, the installation of new windows in the front, and the installation of new siding on the front and sides of my house. (I’m having the back done next March.) The time it took to complete all of this was far shorter than John originally estimated. He and his crew were professional and courteous throughout the process. My neighbors have stopped to admire the new siding, and also have commented on how great my deck looks. I am beyond thrilled with the final result.

Roof looks amazing! The owner John was professional and the presentation at the estimate was detailed and thourough. I felt reassured by his experience and knowladge it left me confident with Balsamroots ability to complete the project. The crew was hard working, had tons of expertise, and was great to work with. They did not disappoint! Everyone that was working on the site was pet friendly and worked hard to make us and the dogs feel like friends. Give em a call if you need a new roof replacement

Balsamroot Exteriors just completed their second job for us and we couldn't be happier. John was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process the entire way. The job today was to put up a gutter system and what a cool process this was! They came in with their 3d printer and in less than a minute the printer would build a 20 foot run of gutter! Technology sure has come a long way. The end result is exactly what we ordered and it was delivered and installed in an efficient and professional manner. Thanks Balsamroot Exteriors!!!

Firstly, a phone call for a brief discovery of the homeowner's needs and to schedule a free on-site consultation. We provide material samples, warranty information, installation practices, and pricing at the on-site consultation.

As the owner of Balsamroot Exteriors, I have 10+ years of exterior remodeling experience in the greater Spokane area. All crews are trained on manufacturer installation guidelines, and we have a quality assurance system that ensures continued training and consistent results!
