FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job starts with a free inspection. After we look at the roof, you get a written quote with photos so you can see exactly what we found and what it will take to fix it, before any work starts. Financing is available for bigger projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with your call. We ask what's going on so we know what to look for. Then we come out and go over the roof top to bottom, and if there's a leak we check the attic, ceilings and walls too. You get photos and video of everything we find and a clear plan. Then you choose what you want done, whether that's just the problem spot, everything, or nothing at all. Most new roofs are done in 1 to 2 days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crews have years of hands-on experience on the roof, finding and stopping leaks. We're GAF Certified Plus and an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, and we're approved with Versico and GenFlex for commercial roofing and Inland Coatings and Polyglass for coatings. We're licensed in Washington and Idaho, BBB Accredited, and every job is installed to manufacturer specs.
