- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a 25% non refundable deposit to hold the date for your shoot. Another 25% is due on the day of the shoot, and the remaining 50% is due after the final project is completed. The project will be delivered with a watermark until the final payment is completed and then the watermark will be removed. Projects are delivered within 5-7 days, and can be expedited for an additional fee. Project prices vary depending on the complexity of the project, which we will discuss during our initial call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On our first call, we will discuss your project, and I will get to know the details of your vision and goals. I will give you some more background information on my work and we will see if I am a good fit for you, and if so we will discuss dates and budget. Once we have the logistics figured out, we will plan the shoot. Oh shoot day I will arrive prepared with everything that I need to bring your vision to life. We will shoot until we have everything that we need and I will get to editing your project! The final project will be delivered via Dropbox.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Media Communications from Full Sail University, however my video skills are mostly self taught.
