I had a downstairs sink that was backed up and starting to stink. I called Joe (first from a Nextdoor recommendation and then from here). When I spoke to him he let me know that he had a full schedule for the day but could come over after between 5 & 7 (which was just fine by me). And you know what? He showed up with an introduction of himself, a healthy handshake and a smile. As promised he had that puppy snaked out in no time and for the first time in 3 years, was running perfect. Joe has a great outgoing positive personality, as well as being his customers' best advocate for advice. Joe is now in my contacts as my future 'go-to' plumber.
