Everything was great with the Christmas lights installation. When it came time to take the lights down, I reached out and was told that they would be by the following week to take them down. That week came and went. No one came to take the lights down. It’s now been two weeks since they were supposed to take them down and they are not responding to messages, calls, or voicemails. The service is pretty awful.
