Paris Corrick (Owner of P.Rex Photography) has been an incredibly valuable asset to my business over the last 3 years. As a talent manager/representative, my job is to shape and mold artists, models, actors/actresses and producers into sellable and in-demand products in a highly competitive market. Having stellar photography is not an option in my profession and Paris has been responsible for much of any success that I have achieved in building the brands of my clientele. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone with a passion for their work. Having the newest and latest gear isn't the same as having a love of photography. Some of the best photographers I have ever seen started by scraping up coins to pay for rolls of film just to capture the world around them. They didn't have a studio, lights, or the newest camera. They had themselves, their camera, and the ambition to get out there and do it.
