- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typical comprehensive trip charge is $75 for the majority of areas in and around Tacoma. $60/hr labor charge. Plus Parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You call with a service inquiry and I determine if there is a need to come out to your home for service. I come out at a predetermined time and diagnose, give an estimate, and service the appliance. I make sure all your service needs are met prior to taking payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Plumbing Apprenticeship, On the job appliance service training, Commercial frozen carbonated beverage machine training, Commercial hot food equipment training.
