I appreciated the transparency. My lid lock was not working which made my washer not spin. Essentially it would have cost more to fix it than by a new one. I appreciated the transparency and he made sure to check everything before diagnosing.

They responded quickly and cleaned the washer’s drain pipe. After they left, another issue came up with the detergent slot (caused during the disassembly of the washing machine). They were able to return on another day and fix that as well.
