Our dishwasher broke and leaked water everywhere unexpectedly. Dmitry arrived a couple of days later and quickly diagnosed the issue within minutes. He suggested we just buy a brand new dishwasher because the labor & parts would cost about the same. We really appreciate his honesty & transparency. Highly recommended!!

Had service for my refrigerator. Discovered the “clicking” noise was a bad ice maker. Smart choice diagnosed the problem and offered me options, which I greatly appreciated! Options verses trying to force the repair issues was very professional! I would hire them again!!

Smartchoice appliances went above and beyond my expectations. I recently got my dryer fixed and Constantian was an excellent guy to work with. He was very proffesional, punctual and knew what he was doing. He took his time to explain me where the problem was and how to avoid it ever again. So far, I am really pleased and happy with his service. The company charged me reasonably. The best part was that they were very punctual, always notified me their next step via text or phone call. Constanian followed the safety measures during this pandemic. I am really happy and highly satisfied so far. Thank you for ur excellent 5 star service. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee is 75$. But no worries! - it goes towards the repair so we will deduct it from the final estimate;)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a customer-centric business, thus the customers are our top priority. By phone calls or messages, we need to know your basic info and the issue with the appliance for the technician to come with any extra tools/supplies if needed. The technician will come to the address, perform diagnostics and inform the client of the issue and repair procedure. Most of our appliances are repaired on the spot, but for some, we need to order extra parts, for them, we have trusted suppliers. If so, one more appointment for installation, and we are done!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our techs are self-driven and motivated by a passion for electronics, machinery, and customer service with precision. We spent the majority of our lives fixing electronics and appliances and are proud to have a collective experience of 30+ years.
