Twenty years in the business and I still love what I do. I started in New York City in dive bars. Moving to the Pacific Northwest, classic cocktails found me and I have not looked back since. Over the course of my career, the chance to work with amazing chefs has brought the kitchen to my bar. This leads to new flavors, pairings, and techniques.
