- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and straightforward. Quotes include gratuity but are pre-tax, and we do not add surprise service charges or hidden fees at the end. Every quote clearly outlines exactly what is included, so you can budget confidently. We offer both bartender-only services and full-service dry-hire bar packages to accommodate a variety of event styles and budgets
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers start by submitting an inquiry with their event date, location, estimated guest count, and desired service level. We confirm availability and provide a customized quote based on your needs. Many clients choose to schedule a quick phone consultation, which we're always happy to provide. Once booked, we assist with drink menu planning, bar logistics, and timeline recommendations. We also provide alcohol and supply shopping lists, and clients hiring us for bartender-only service receive our detailed bar setup guide to help everything run smoothly on event day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold Bartending School certifications, Washington State MAST permits, and Food Worker Cards. In addition, we bring more than 15 years of combined experience in hospitality, events, catering, and bartending. Our team regularly serves weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, private parties, and large-scale community events.
