Hilary bartended a holiday party I hosted at my home. She helped us come up with a menu for our signature cocktails, provided a shopping list was very proactive in her communication, punctual and super professional. Would definitely hire again.

Hilary was absolutely incredible for our yoga studio grand opening event. From start to finish, her communication was clear and consistent—she was always responsive and easy to reach by phone or text, which made planning so much smoother. During the event, she truly went above and beyond. Not only was she an amazing bartender, but she also stepped in to bus tables, capture videos, and support wherever needed without ever being asked. Her presence helped everything flow seamlessly, and she brought such a positive, professional energy to the space. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be part of such a special day. I cannot say enough good things about Hilary! She was immediately very responsive and simply fantastic to work with. She was a collaborator on the specialty cocktail menu for my party and even suggested related options to complement the one I wanted at first. Her presentation was gorgeous and her set up was top-notch. My guests couldn’t stop raving about how great she was; not just the cocktails but also just fun to chat with!! Having her at my party elevated it to a degree that made it feel so incredibly special. Thanks Hilary!!!

Had a great experience with Hilary. She was super responsive and helpful in planning the bar for our event, an engagement party for about 70 people. We did some custom signature cocktails Hilary suggested and they were fantastic - loved the fresh juices she provided. Service was impeccable and the crowd loved her. We received so many compliments from our guests. Would highly recommend Hilary for any event.

Hilary is absolutely exceptional! She curated 3 phenomenal craft cocktails for our garden Tea Party and the guests are still raving about them. Both cocktails and mocktails have been a highlight - watermelon mojitos, strawberry lemonade margaritas, watermelon margaritas - all hand crafted and elegantly (and quickly) served in cute cups. The garnishes, the setup, the preparation, the fresh watermelon juice - all world class. Hilary is also a joy to work with as a person - radiant, responsive, professional, creative, punctual. She helped with everything from set up to wrap up and allowed me to truly relax and enjoy the time with my guests. I’m not planning another party without Hilary. Thank you again!
